Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide members to ensure compliance with cooperative and client requirements.
  • Handle member concerns with strong people management and coordination skills.
  • Administer disciplinary actions and ensure proper documentation of cases.
  • Coordinate with clients, members, and internal teams to address concerns effectively.
  • Provide excellent service that supports both member welfare and client satisfaction.



Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Strong people-handling and interpersonal skills
  • Experience or knowledge in Customer Service, Social Work, or Human Resources
  • Good oral, written communication, and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Amenable to work in Makati
